| Emma has spent nine of her eleven years at Procter & Gamble in digital marketing, focusing on P&G’s innovation efforts. She has worked across digital TV, internet and mobile campaigns for brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Pringles, Lacoste and Pantene. She currently heads up P&G’s New Marketing Models team responsible for finding and qualifying new advertising models in the digital space. Recent campaigns include integrating Gillette, Tampax and Pantene into the Bebo Katemodern series and Gillette Fusion into EA Games’ Burnout Paradise driving game. |

Ian Jindal is a consultant, publisher and advisor, working in eCommerce for over a decade - in integrated retail, publishing and broadcast. Retail clients include House of Fraser, Austin Reed, Reiss, Otto UK and CoutureLab.com. Ian co-founded InternetRetailing, the magazine, portal and conference for the UK's etailers and multichannel retailers. Previously he was Group E-commerce Director for Littlewoods Shop Direct Group where he grew online revenues to £400m per annum. Before that Ian was Head of Online Operations at the BBC, establishing the team that built over 400 BBC websites. Ian was also Business Development Director for Thomson Science & Professional, is a non-executive Director of Business Link for London, and founder of the European eCommerce Forum and author of the Diploma in Internet Retailing (with e-consultancy.com). Michael Nutley has been a business journalist for 23 years, covering a number of areas including software, telecommunications, construction and leisure. He took over as editor of New Media Age in July 2000, and was promoted to editor-in-chief last year. As editor-in-chief he maintains a strategic overview of the entire new media sector, from both a client and a service provider perspective. He’s also particularly interested in online advertising, the convergence of TV and the internet, and the transformative effect of interactive media on organisations.

Brett is the Founder and CEO of Bazaarvoice, where he is responsible for guiding the company's strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. Brett is a seasoned executive widely recognized throughout the online industry for turning groundbreaking ideas into leading businesses. Brett serves on the Board of Directors of Shop.org, the leading non-profit industry association for retailers online and a division of the National Retail Federation, the largest trade organization for retailers. He holds an MBA in High-Tech Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sam Decker is a recognized expert in eCommerce, word of mouth marketing, and direct marketing. A frequent speaker at marketing and eCommerce events and author of an award-winning marketing blog (www.deckermarketing.com), Decker brings more than 15 years of marketing and online retailing experience to Bazaarvoice. As Chief Marketing Officer, Decker is responsible for leading Bazaarvoice’s corporate marketing, PR and product strategy. Decker has authored two books on word of mouth and guerilla marketing, serves on the board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), is president of Austin Texchange, and serves on the board of advisors for the Web Analytics Association. Decker holds a BS in Business Marketing Management from California Polytechnic University. |
